Each box of Lost trading cards included one of three box toppers, randomly inserted. The three cards were titled "Tensions", and featured the conflicts between Kate & Jack - BL1, Jack & Sawyer - BL2, and Kate & Sawyer - BL3.
Each case of cards included a foiled card, The Hatch.
